So Thursday was interesting. A painless heart attack. How does that work? All pretty weird really. I ended up in hospital and I'm still here. Likely to go home Sunday or possibly even tomorrow. It could have been a lot worse.
Anyway the positive is that I have been tobacco free for 36 hours. Here's to 36 years tobacco free.
Seriously though, I'm ok. As heart attacks go this was a good one.
